That’s why we list for 4.5 % instead of the 6%-8% that other companies can charge. The way it works is this: We still provide full service – putting your listing in the MLS, conduct a Comparative Market Analysis, providing a yard sign, printing color brochures, placing multiple digital pictures on the Internet and offering a full 3% to any agent who represents the buyer of your home.
